- Lead store operations

Requirements
- Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
- Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
- Proven track record of growth in previous roles
- Expert knowledge of P&L and ability to execute a business plan
- Strong desire to increase sales and build community relationships
- Great coaching skills to identify and develop talent
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, lift up to 65 lbs., and work with a hot torch
