Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
• Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
• Proven track record of growth in previous roles
• Expert knowledge of P&L and ability to execute a business plan
• Strong desire to increase sales and build community relationships
• Ability to identify and develop talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus)
