Responsibilities

• Lead the store operations
• Achieve overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development

Requirements

• Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
• Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
• Proven track record of growth in previous roles
• Expert knowledge of P&L and ability to execute a business plan
• Strong desire to increase sales and build community relationships
• Ability to identify and develop awesome talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus)

What Else to Know?

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The role requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies - some of which can weigh up to 65 lbs. - and working with a hot torch
