General Manager

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the business
• Hire, coach, and mentor staff to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Keep the team organized and improve current processes
• Support and maintain a positive company culture
• Find solutions for staff issues and provide necessary training
• Implement and maintain safety training, equipment maintenance, payroll reporting, and other processes
• Work with the owner to meet sales goals and manage current accounts
• Implement Grounds Guys franchise systems effectively and efficiently
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and vacation schedules

Requirements

• Proactive leader with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to complete required certifications and licenses within 6 months
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.
• Minimum requirements necessary to be considered for this position

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and is dependent on experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as leadership skills.
