About the role
Taco John's International in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a full-time Restaurant General Manager to lead their food service operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily food preparation is profitable and efficient
- Coordinate tasks and direct team members
- Handle customer orders and money
- Manage conflict resolution with guests
- Count cash and make deposits
- Manage inventory and place orders
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Manage hiring process, interview, onboard, and train new employees
- Conduct performance reviews every 90 days
- Create weekly schedules based on employee availability
- Attend monthly management meetings
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- ServSafe® or Prometric/NEHA Certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in fast food is preferred
- A college degree is a plus
