General Manager

About the role

Steinhafels is recruiting for a General Manager to oversee all operations of their facility, manage all employees, and oversee all customer and sales-related matters. This position offers a great family culture with work-life balance in a unique retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store management staff and all store employees
• Reviews sales team under direction from company standards
• Addresses customer issues timely with a goal to resolve and satisfy the customer
• Opens and closes the retail store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
• Maintains only the highest standards of cleanliness
• Handles all conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
• Responsible for the retail floor layout and presentation
• Conducts pre-employment surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
• Responsible for budgeting expenses, overtime, and sales
• Follows company policies and procedures

• Previous management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills
