Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations
- Leadership, hiring, training, and development of team members
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and food quality
- Managing scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
- Driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Maintaining a positive, team-focused work environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Financial and operational knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

$55,000 – $60,000 + performance bonus
