About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily restaurant operations
• Leadership, hiring, training, and development of team members
• Ensuring exceptional guest service and food quality
• Managing scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
• Driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
• Maintaining a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Financial and operational knowledge
• Able to manage multiple priorities
