General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our award-winning Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood. The General Manager will manage the financial performance of the hotel, develop and implement strategies for growth and success, and lead and motivate a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the hotel, including setting goals and monitoring results
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations
• Oversee the operations of the business, including ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and that all necessary resources are available
• Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business needs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong financial management skills
