Responsibilities
- Manage high expectations and conduct business in a respectful and highly ethical manner
- Hands-on with teams daily, helping to raise execution levels
- Lead the development of your team members
- Operate a non-smoking, no-alcohol, no-grease restaurant environment
- Focus on superior service and food quality
- Part of the quick-casual market, combining fast-food and full-service restaurant elements
- Open from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with flexible schedules

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting
