General Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid in the hiring, training, and development of hourly team members.
• Schedule and evaluate hourly team members in your store.
• Create clear benchmarks and expectations for assistant managers and hourly team members.
• Ensure that assistant managers and hourly team members meet company expectations through constant follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
• Report information to the Area Director through plans of action, AOR’s, goals, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Flexible to work a 50-hour workweek, with the understanding that additional hours may be required during peak seasons or business needs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Skills

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or restaurant employees.

Pay

60,000-68,000 yearly salary.
