General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure excellent guest service and efficient performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
• Maintain Smoothie King brand standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor inventory, place product orders, and minimize waste.
• Track store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health department regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
