- Minimum 5 years of sign industry experience.
- Previous sign company management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of custom signage, vehicle graphics, ADA signage, wall graphics, illuminated signage, production, and installation processes.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Financial and operational management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, departments, and priorities simultaneously.
- Total Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually
