- Hires and retains sales associates
- Ensures sales associates complete on-boarding training and company-sponsored education programs

- Develops sales associates’ skills through clear, behaviorally specific feedback
- Keeps employees accountable for targets, goals, and personal improvement
- Encourages, inspires, mentors, and recognizes team members
- Delivers performance evaluations within required timeframe
- Conducts succession planning as required
Merchandise Management
- Completes required product training
- Acquires expert product knowledge and stays updated on new merchandise
- Trains and coaches sales associates in all product categories
- Coaches sales associates on maximizing gross margin and using resources
- Adheres to visual guides and follows best practices for merchandise displays
- Holds associates accountable for quality control and security standards
- Controls inventory shrinkage
Business Acumen
- Demonstrates knowledge of budgets and monitors sales and expenses
- Analyzes financial data and identifies opportunities and risks
- Plans and executes critical business activities within required timeframes
- Adjusts sales approach to evolving conditions

- Job Type: Full-time
- Exempt Reports To: Vice President of Stores
- Direct Reports: Floor Manager, Office Manager, Master Jeweler, Guest Experience Relations, Sales Associates, and others as assigned.
