- Absorbs and evaluates sales talent
- Hires and retains sales associates
- Ensures associates complete on-boarding training and company-sponsored education program

- Holds employees accountable for sales targets, strategic goals, and personal improvement expectations
- Encourages, inspires, mentors, and recognizes team members for performance
- Delivers effective performance evaluations within the required timeframe
- Conducts succession planning at the required intervals
Merchandise Management
- Completes required product training
- Acquires expert product knowledge and stays updated on incoming merchandise
- Trains and coaches sales associates in all product categories
- Coaches sales associates on maximizing gross margin
- Adheres to visual guides for merchandise displays
- Holds sales associates accountable for Robbins Brothers quality control and security standards
- Controls inventory shrinkage
Business Acumen
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of budgets
- Monitors sales and expenses
- Ensures store operates within financial targets
- Analyzes financial data

Job Specifics
- Job Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Vice President of Stores
- Direct Reports: Floor Manager, Office Manager, Master Jeweler, Guest Experience Relations, Sales Associates, and others as assigned.
- Compensation: Salary with Bonus
