Relaunch and scale Wisconsin operations with a clean slate and full support. Rebuild key relationships and establish a reputation for reliability, quality, and follow-through. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, Sales, Superintendents, and Field Crews. Drive project execution, safety, quality, and profitability across all jobs. Build a strong subcontractor and vendor network that trusts and respects our name. Roll up your sleeves when needed—this role is about leadership and action. This isn’t maintenance mode; this is market transformation.

Responsibilities

• Relaunch and scale Wisconsin operations
• Rebuild key relationships and establish a reputation for reliability, quality, and follow-through
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of PMs, Sales, Superintendents, and Field Crews
• Drive project execution, safety, quality, and profitability across all jobs
• Build a strong subcontractor and vendor network
• Lead from the front and take action as needed

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in construction leadership (commercial or industrial, experience with metal buildings preferred)
• Track record of taking ownership and delivering results
• Ability to lead strategically and with boots-on-the-ground action
• Strong financial instincts and ability to assess job health instantly
• Reputation for getting things back on track and keeping them there
