About the role

Retro Fitness is a rapidly expanding fitness brand with over 120 gyms currently open or under development across the United States. Our gyms offer a variety of fitness experiences including traditional strength and cardio options, personalized training programs, and state-of-the-art equipment. Additionally, each gym features a Retro Blends Smoothie Bar and a range of amenities designed to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at a Retro Fitness location
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with headquarters to support national initiatives and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness management or related field
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
• Strong understanding of health and wellness trends and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for fitness and wellness

• Experience with franchise operations and management
• Knowledge of franchisor policies and procedures
