Requirements
- 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
- Track record of building strong teams and mentoring future leaders
- Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a hustle-with-heart mindset
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
