General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments
• Manage residential HVAC replacement sales operations and the team responsible for high-end residential replacements
• Oversee service operations and maintain strong customer outcomes
• Manage construction operations related to residential installations and projects
• Direct inside sales activities to ensure leads are followed up on and converted effectively
• Oversee accounting processes and maintain financial discipline across daily operations
• Oversee warehouse operations with the team, including inventory, materials, and job readiness
• Coordinate sales, service, construction, and back-office functions to maintain operational efficiency
• Coach and develop managers and teams, establish priorities, and hold employees accountable for results
• Monitor business performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Maintain the company's residential-only business focus, with no commercial sales responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry is required
• Experience in high-end residential HVAC is strongly preferred
• Experience leading sales, service, or multi-department operations
• Ability to oversee the full business operation rather than a single department
• Demonstrated track record of achieving business and operational targets
• Strong leadership, team management, and accountability skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and maintain operational discipline
• Experience overseeing financial processes, inventory, and job readiness is relevant to the role
