Safety, Training & Compliance
- DOT Oversight: Maintain 100% compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, specifically managing the Drug and Alcohol program and random testing pools.
- Accident Investigation: Act as the lead investigator for all on-road incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Training & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and classroom/behind-the-wheel training for all new operators. Ensure all staff meet ProKel’s rigorous safety benchmarks.
Operations & Administration
- Payroll Management: Oversee weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring hours are tracked accurately and labor laws are strictly followed.
- Client & Passenger Relations: Serve as the face of ProKel Mobility to our contract holders and the community. Resolve passenger complaints with empathy and professional tact.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of "Safety First" while maintaining high morale and low turnover among the driving team.
Performance Metrics
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including on-time performance and miles between preventable accidents.
- Ensure the 20 bus fleet is staged and ready for service daily.
