Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility
• Recruit, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement
• Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members
• Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies and products
• Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs

Compensation, Benefits & Qualifications:

• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
• PTO (3 weeks)
• Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family
• 3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees
• Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required

Prime Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead the team and build sales, nurture customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
