Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operations of a restaurant
• Ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
• Ensures that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer

Requirements

• Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by his/her current Area Manager
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• The ability to calculate and analyze data
• Display effective leadership skills
• Effectively communicate with all levels
• Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
• Computer literate

Qualifications
