Job Summary
PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a single retail store, focusing on hospitality, product, and operations. Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, building a high-performing team, and driving profitable growth.
Performance Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and operational goals
- Forecast and adjust payroll to optimize productivity and achieve targets
- Develop and maintain a cohesive team culture
- Assess, recruit, and screen talent
- Drive customer loyalty and increase return visits
- Interpret financial and operational reporting regularly
- Identify and implement strategies to improve business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Project a positive organizational image
- Embody PharmaCann’s culture and values
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach
- 1+ year of PharmaCann Management experience considered
- 2+ years of Dispensary Management experience considered
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
- Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
