Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Papa John's policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and goals.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food service operations and health and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery drivers).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and handling customer complaints.
