Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages while reducing waste.
• Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Guide and mentor the team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year, plus an incentive‑driven bonus plan.
