Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment
• Ensure customers receive a world-class service experience
• Improve existing skills and learn new ones through ongoing training programs in leadership, business management, and people development

Critical Ingredients

• A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team
• Passion for quality, a mind for business, and the capability to treat others with dignity and respect
• At least 18 years old
• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
