Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through coaching and recognition
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and improve financial performance to meet or exceed budget goals
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve the dining experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of food service operations and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Knowledge of CRM systems and point-of-sale software
