Responsibilities

• Manages and assumes responsibility for all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure restaurant profitability.
• Makes quality decisions and ensures proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place.
• Manages operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.

• Self-sufficient leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Papa John’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage operations effectively.
• Compliance with legal and ethical standards.
