About the role
The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service and maximization of human resources. The General Manager develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Maximize hotel value through revenue growth, expense control, and excellent guest service
- Maintain and develop all hotel operations according to Olympia Hotel Management values and standards
- Exercise good judgment and discretion, display effective problem-solving skills, and provide excellent customer service
- Multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and follow through
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices in leadership, customer service, people skills, communication, problem-solving, judgment, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, training, and aptitude

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership, management or supervisory experience preferred
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience required
- Performance Measurement: Financial Results, Guest Service Scores, Inspections, and STAR Reports; 90 Day performance review, on-going feedback from supervisor, attendance, productivity, feedback from others

$140,000-$160,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus plan
