Primary Responsibilities

Maintain product costs and address long-term customer service issues
Manage both long and short-range schedules to meet contracted dates and support sales settlement objectives
Ensure completed houses are delivered on time and handle service complaints promptly and effectively
Lead the full sales function and approve all contracts
Secure and coordinate sub-contractors
Recruit, maintain, and foster a positive division culture, morale, and loyalty
Manage relationships with local government and inspection entities
Recommend and interpret product planning, marketing, cost establishment, land acquisition, and financing management policies, procedures, and guidelines to the Division Manager

Qualifications

4-year college degree
Business unit leadership experience with P&L management
Effective team manager
MBA is a plus
Homebuilding experience is a plus
