About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead our team at NYPD Pizza. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Engage and participate in an ongoing learning and teaching environment that encourages ownership thinking.
• Lead, develop, and coach team members to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure every guest has the best possible experience, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Manage multiple shifts and tasks efficiently to meet operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years management experience in a full service restaurant.
• Passion for excellence and drive for success.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach others.
• Leadership qualities.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• High energy shift skills.
• Record of high performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor under pressure.
• Experience with food safety and sanitation practices.
