General Manager

About the role

The General Manager oversees daily operations and ensures service delivery meets company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams and manage budgets and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, packaging, distribution, and related services
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies supporting customer satisfaction and business growth
• Maintain a safe, high-performing work environment
• Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve operational issues
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in process improvement, quality management, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Demonstrated capability in project management, problem-solving, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
• Comfort with on-site leadership responsibilities in Olive Branch, MS, including regular presence on the production floor and in warehouse environments
