Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees
- Responsible for timely application of work orders
- Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders
- Ensure all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date
- Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance
- Avoid accidents and ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted
- Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage
- Oversee inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate
Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture/fertilizer industry
- Mechanical ability (helpful)
- Forklift experience (helpful)
- Basic computer skills
