General Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees
• Responsible for timely application of work orders
• Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders
• Ensure all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date
• Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance
• Avoid accidents and ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted
• Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage
• Oversee inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture/fertilizer industry
• Mechanical ability (helpful)
• Forklift experience (helpful)
• Basic computer skills
