Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership, setting the tone for a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team of Exterior Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Coordinators, and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
