Responsibilities
- Set examples for Hospitality, Health, Safety & Service Standards to Guests & Co-Workers Alike.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy to Every Order, Every Time.
- Maintain Cleanliness while Working and Maintaining Equipment, Cooking, Prep & Dining Areas.
- Ensure Organized, Well Stocked, and Properly Positioned Paper Goods, Ingredients, Utensils, and Supplies.
- Adhere to Professionalism, Policies, Schedule Compliance, Appearance, and Teamwork.
- Ensure Safety & Profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group's Business Plan.
- Produce Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.
- Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.
- Work with the Kitchen Dept Manager on Food Safety Checks & Calibrations, Operating Supply Inventory & Ordering.
- Work with the Guest Service Manager on Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction, POP and Signage Monitor Operational Metrics and Targets.
- Work with the People Department Manager on Ongoing Team Training, Team Promotions, Recognition & Turnover, Team Schedules.
Requirements
Mcdonald’s Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week. Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs. Includes 2 Sundays. Includes 2 Closings.
