General Manager

Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant
• Maintains McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Works with leader to set restaurant goals and build a plan to achieve those goals
• Leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant
• Helps Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide mentoring and direction to improve their Departments and the restaurant overall
• Hires, trains, and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future

Qualifications

Experience as a General Manager is required.
