About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Works with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Assistant Managers, setting their goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
- Makes sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by hiring and developing Assistant and Shift Managers.
- Works 24/7 and must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience in quick service restaurants is required.
- Full-time availability is necessary.
