General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers, and hiring and developing departmental leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve restaurant goals under the guidance of a leader
• Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers
• Help Managers set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail experience
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate owned and operated restaurants
