General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves:
- Setting the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve them
- Leading a team of Department Managers who are responsible for specific areas within the restaurant
- Helping Department Managers set their own goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments
- Maintaining a skilled and capable team by hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
Experience running high-volume locations or having a background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality is highly desirable.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality
