General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role requiring strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with the leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Leads a team of managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
• Makes sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by developing Shift Managers.
• Manages high-volume locations with previous experience.
• Has a background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review.

Requirements

• Ages 18 or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
