The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role requiring previous experience managing high-volume locations or similar fast-paced environments.

• Set and achieve restaurant goals with support from the leader
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success
• Manage a profitable restaurant while adhering to McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
• A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review industry
• Must be 18 years or older
