General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves:
- Setting restaurant goals and creating plans to achieve them
- Leading a team of Department Managers who are responsible for specific areas within the restaurant
- Helping Department Managers set their own goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments
- Maintaining a skilled and capable team by hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
Experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations or in hospitality or retail is preferred. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Pay:
General Managers can earn between $1,180 and $2,000 per week, which translates to $61,360 to $104,000 annually.
