General Manager
About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job!
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and create a plan to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers who have specific responsibilities in the restaurant
- Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments
- May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future
Qualifications
- Ability to run a profitable restaurant
- Ability to meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Experience leading and coaching a management team
- Ability to set goals and create plans to achieve them
Pay
Pay rate is $50k - $65k for certified General Managers.
