Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, Shift Managers, and Crew Members
- Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Drive sales growth, control costs, and manage overall restaurant performance
- Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and employee development
- Monitor food safety, inventory, and operational procedures
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Create a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results
- Partner with the franchise owner and leadership team to achieve business goals
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of each shift
- Develop future leaders and promote team members from within
- Maintain labor, food cost, and operational targets
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company policies
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Experience leading teams and developing managers
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High standards for operational excellence and customer service
- Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule
