General Manager

Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, Shift Managers, and Crew Members
• Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards
• Drive sales growth, control costs, and manage overall restaurant performance
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and employee development
• Monitor food safety, inventory, and operational procedures
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Create a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results
• Partner with the franchise owner and leadership team to achieve business goals

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of each shift
• Develop future leaders and promote team members from within
• Maintain labor, food cost, and operational targets
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company policies
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Experience leading teams and developing managers
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High standards for operational excellence and customer service
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule
