General Manager
About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards. This is a significant role requiring collaboration with a team of Department Managers.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve restaurant goals with the help of a team of Department Managers
- Lead a team of Department Managers to set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review experience
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
Qualifications
