General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role requiring strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with the leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success.

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail experience.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Pay and Benefits

The General Manager at this McDonald’s Franchise restaurant earns a salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually. Along with competitive pay, benefits include:
