About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Works with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
- Helps Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
- Makes sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations is preferred.
- A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a Restaurant Manager in our locally owned and operated restaurants.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience and/or retail experience required.
- Quick Service Restaurant Management experience is a plus.
- Previous McDonald's experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
Skills
- Ability to earn an additional $2200 per month when bonus targets are met.
- Ability to quickly earn more dependent on job experience, job performance, and completion of training courses.

Starting Pay
$55,000 per year/salary is negotiable based on applicant's job history.
