General Manager

About the role

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant
• Makes sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Works with their leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals
• Leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant
• Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future

Requirements

• High School or equivalent
• Associate Degree (Preferred)
• Restaurant or Customer Service Experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred)
• Driver’s License

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
• Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
