The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll set restaurant goals, create plans to achieve them, and lead a team of Department Managers to improve overall performance. You may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Lead, coach, and support Department Managers in setting and meeting their departmental goals.
- Provide direction and feedback to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance.
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience.
- Background in quick service restaurants or McDonald's management experience.
Pay
Starting salary range of $58,000 - $65,000 per year, with a competitive weekly pay range of $1,124.20 - $1,200 (negotiable based on experience).
