General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role requiring previous experience managing high-volume locations.

Responsibilities

• Works with the leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
• Might be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
• Manages a team to ensure the restaurant has the right staff for future growth

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
• A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review industry
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
